We would like to wish Leo a huge good luck in Gdańsk (Poland) this weekend. Leo is representing Middlesbrough Football Club in a tournament. He will be playing teams from across Europe, and the teams he will be facing in the group stages are: FC Porto, Anderlecht, Liverpool. There will be opportunities to play against other teams throughout the weekend.

We are so proud of this amazing sporting achievement, but also proud of the kind and caring person Leo is. We know you commit a vast amount of time to your football training and your persistence, hard work and dedication is paying off!. It shows great maturity to go away on a trip abroad especially travelling solo!

Everyone at Bankfields are proud of you, and you are a huge credit to our school. We look forward to hearing about your remarkable experience at the tournament.
