It is lovely to be sharing so many sporting achievements recently!
We would like to wish our three superstar table tennis girls a big good luck this weekend. They are competing in the finals in Wolverhampton. They have all played such a huge part in representing the school and the local area so far, and we know they will continue to represent Bankfields throughout the weekend. Some of the table tennis they have played has been breath taking, and many spectators have been in awe of their sporting ability. We are so excited to watch you thrive and play with a smile on your faces on Sunday.
We would like to give another mention to Evie, who is representing Redcar and Cleveland in the singles final on Saturday. She has a long few days as she is playing in two finals over the weekend. We know you will continue to flourish in these competitions. You have shown a great maturity this year, especially when you needed to play against your friends in the group qualifiers. You have taken every moment in your stride and remained focused throughout. Keep being you Evie, an amazing and ambitious girl, and enjoy this experience. The memories will last forever.
We want the girls to enjoy the entire weekend, and we are supporting them all the way! ... See MoreSee Less

Good luck girls and you Evie in your individual event. The school has a great coach from Ormesby TTC in Malcolm Muldoon and the schools own teacher must take great credit too for how the school does in this sport. It’s not a high profile sport but Bankfields have excelled in it, in both the girls and the boys teams over the past couple of years that I have seen on your page, long may it continue 🤞🤞🤞🤞 for all of you this weekend just give it your best shot and most of all enjoy it and the experience, as the post says, the memories will stay with you forever
